  • follow up on legitimate unpaid invoices
  • manage customer reminder schedules
  • track reminder history and payment status

You must only contact people or businesses with whom you have a genuine business relationship.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use ChasePay to:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse recipients
  • send deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent reminders
  • impersonate another person or business
  • collect debts unlawfully or aggressively
  • upload fake invoices or fabricated payment claims
  • attempt to bypass platform limits or restrictions
  • interfere with the security or operation of the platform
  • use ChasePay for unlawful activity

4. Reminder Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • invoice details are accurate
  • recipient phone numbers are correct
  • customers have not already paid
  • messages sent through ChasePay are appropriate and lawful

ChasePay provides reminder automation tools only and does not verify invoices, debts, or payment claims.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate misuse of the platform and take action where necessary.

This may include:

  • warning or contacting the account holder
  • pausing reminder delivery
  • suspending or terminating accounts
  • reporting unlawful activity where required
