1. About ChasePay
ChasePay is an automated invoice reminder platform operated by Chainsmith Pty Ltd. The service helps businesses send payment reminder SMS messages and manage overdue invoice follow-ups.
ChasePay is a reminder automation tool only and is not a debt collection agency, legal service, or financial institution.
2. Using the Service
By using ChasePay, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and only for legitimate business purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- invoice information entered into ChasePay is accurate
- reminder recipients are legitimate customers or authorised contacts
- you have the right to contact those recipients
- your use of ChasePay complies with applicable laws and regulations
3. Automated Reminders
ChasePay can send automated SMS reminders based on invoice due dates and reminder schedules configured within the platform.
While ChasePay aims to send reminders reliably and on time, delivery is dependent on third-party providers and mobile networks. We do not guarantee message delivery, timing, or payment outcomes.
You remain solely responsible for managing customer relationships, payment disputes, and invoice accuracy.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
5. Subscription and Billing
Some features of ChasePay may require a paid subscription.
Pricing, SMS limits, and subscription inclusions may change over time. Any material pricing changes will be communicated before taking effect.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use ChasePay to:
- send spam or misleading messages
- harass, threaten, or abuse recipients
- impersonate another person or business
- send reminders for fraudulent or unlawful activity
- attempt to disrupt or abuse the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Availability
ChasePay is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chainsmith Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of ChasePay.
This includes loss of revenue, unpaid invoices, business interruption, lost data, or missed reminder deliveries.

Your use of ChasePay is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
